Affiliate Manager with CPA Network Experience

We are seeking an Affiliate Manager with CPA network experience.

AMs are responsible for building strong relationships and establishing clear lines of communication with their online affiliates/publishers and managing them on a day-to-day basis.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the daily management of many affiliates.
  • Drawing upon your skills in consumer marketing, relationship-building, sales and analytics, in this position you'll serve as liaison between the company and a portfolio of web site publishers, and search and email marketers. Featuring a robust bonus structure, the job provides a high earning potential for those self-starters eager to build an online career and who love to learn and challenge themselves.

Duties Include:

  • Regular communication over the phone and online with affiliates.
  • Negotiate payouts for affiliates on all campaigns in the network.
  • Prospecting for new affiliates through cold-calling and extensive research.
  • Optimize publisher accounts by effectively recommending campaigns relevant to how they promote.
  • Field incoming calls and answer questions about the network to prospective affiliates.
  • Be able to maintain professionalism in all kinds of difficult situations.
  • Effectively manage your time and treat publisher base as if it's your own business.
  • Occasional travel to industry conferences.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Prior job experience with affiliate networks
  • At least 2-4 years of experience with affiliate and search marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree and experience in online marketing preferred.
  • Solid computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and a team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outgoing and willing to take initiatives in finding new business.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

The company is one of the leading mobile/ cellphone content providers in the global markets with large online properties.

Seeking an experienced & hands-on Online Ad Operations Manager / Sr. Ad Trafficker/ Yield Manager. Your role will include but not limited to ad trafficking and campaign management. You will be responsible for the day-to-day servicing needs of clients including campaign trafficking, reporting, and subsequent follow up with any additional requests. You will bring an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy working in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

This role has the potential to become a Director level role and carry director level responsibilities, including but not limited to building an ad ops/ ad trafficking team training and managing new ad ops individual, reporting directly to management and being responsible for setting and hitting goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Trafficking of advertising on our various networks
  • Meet and exceed established goals for all CPA and CPC campaigns by optimizing all associated campaign levers and their drivers; leverage internal and external resources to optimize overall performance and achieve such goals.
  • Implement a metrics-driven direct response approach to display ad campaign effectiveness
  • Provide, track, measure, and analyze the performance of multiple campaigns. This includes updating and maintaining detailed client campaign reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Ensuring that campaign terms such as delivery rates, start and end date is achieved, as well as regularly controlling pacing of campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain effective communications with Sales and Business development to ensure Advertiser and Publisher needs are being met.
  • Regularly monitor and reconcile campaigns for proper delivery and financial reports.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with external system providers, including but limited to troubleshooting and Q & A.
  • Organize interdepartmental work flow to ensure that all elements are handled according to process/schedule.
  • Perform quality assurance/quality control checks on client and internal campaigns to ensure that all client and sales objectives are being met.
  • Work closely with analytics to constantly improve on campaign delivery and performance.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a senior level ad operations role at a media, broadcast, or content company.
  • 2+ years Ad Server experience with technology like Open Ads, Yield Manager, DART, Atlas.
  • Experience with Right Media's ad serving yield Manager and exchange platform is a big plus!
  • A clear understanding of interactive advertising industry and various inventory monetization models (CPM, CPC, CPA, etc)
  • Experience in scheduling, estimating, and status reports
  • Superior knowledge of online advertising and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects all with strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organization skills are essential
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Experience in client services and support
  • Ability to work independently, create processes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
